It's basically. Although the 200 system might not be the perfect system (the most problematic aspect is that RuneScape gold it does not consider prayer) It is still superior to the previous system for scaling players. The 200 calculation was plagued by nostalgia.

Poll responses are largely fueled by nostalgia. The players grew up with specific set of combat strategies and would like to see it continued. But nostalgia is not an excuse to not take action. There are many other reasons to vote for of 138. Another reason is the familiarity. It's odd that the 200 calculation is in use for nearly a year.

Make it more dangerous in the forest areas. The majority of the globe is suitable for middle - to low level players. Barrows armour and dragons would be unusual items to look at. The most dangerous places aren't really dangerous. Simply adding boss monsters to the centres of these forests will dramatically increase the danger. It's not possible, however, if these areas are large enough to permit you to navigate around them.

Make the in-game maps less accurate. You could make it so that each region was investigated before it was documented in the map. This could greatly enhance the adventuring experience. It's a bit strange to travel through new areas. Beware of artificial barriers. This can be a major immersion breaker. It would be fantastic if cliffs were easily scalable however, it would require equipment and time.

There are monsters, but not enough to make you a subject to them. There are places for training however there is no need to make use of them. You can't get lost among the landscape fantasies. There's nothing to buy old school runescape gold get lost, other than the aesthetics.
