А про занятия спортом скорее всего, добившись результата, у многих появится куча доводов, чтобы не идти в фитнес-клуб или на утреннюю пробежку. В голове появятся мысли, что можно пропустить пару тренировок, ведь ничего страшного не произойдет, так как вы уже похудели.
Поэтому надо искать плюсы в стройном теле, понять, какую пользу оно принесет вам в будущем. Тогда держаться на протяжении всего похудения будет гораздо проще. Перечислите в голове, что вас будет заставлять регулярно заниматься спортом, хорошо высыпаться и соблюдать правильный режим питания. Подумайте, будут ли действовать эти мотиваторы уже после того, как вы похудеете?
